the staff was really helpful and friendly. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. i had the continental breakfast and it was delicious with plenty of choice.

i found out after about half an hour that my room wasn't ready. there had been a problem, it seems. i wasn't offered a free drink as compensation, which i think was fair.
